1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Revme service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revme provides a text-based advertising platform that allows website owners and developers to display and manage text ads on their properties.
The Service includes:

• An ad management console for creating and managing text ad campaigns
• A JavaScript SDK for integrating ads into websites
• A REST API for programmatic ad management
• Ad targeting based on language and timezone
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Plans

• Free Trial — Limited features at no cost.
• Pro — Full features with a paid subscription.

4.2 Billing

• Payment is processed through Creem, a third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• You will not be charged without prior notice of the amount.

4.3 Subscription Renewal

• Pro subscriptions can be renewed or extended at any time.
• Renewals add time to your current subscription period (stacking).
• If a subscription expires, your account will revert to Free Trial features.

4.4 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• If a refund is issued, your Pro access will be revoked immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create ads that contain illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Display ads on websites that contain illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks (click fraud)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Access the Service through automated means beyond the provided API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

6. Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content of ads you create.
• You represent that you have the right to use any content, trademarks, or URLs in your ads.
• We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• We are not responsible for the content of ads displayed through our Service.

7. API Usage

• API access requires a valid API key, which must be kept confidential.
• You are responsible for all API usage with your key.
• We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage.
• We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

The Revme Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Revme and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your ad content remains your property.
By creating ads, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute them through the Service.
The Revme SDK is provided under the MIT License.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee specific results from the use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
